The hotel's antique silver service High Tea kept me entertained for hours, and the Grand Tour of Switzerland road trip was a rewarding adventure. The spa, with its 17 heat therapy experiences, was a dream.

Mismanaging the bar's food delivery schedule was such a delightful touch to my stay.

Everything was fantastic, the reception, the welcome drink,the piscine, the room itself, the breakfast,etc.

We enjoyed staying at the Bellevue Grand Hotel. Thanks to the special offer of booking we have spend a few days in this exceptionnal luxury hotel. The Spa was one of the best we have visited. The restaurant was good, but not special. The service was very friendly and very personal. Everything was possible.

Gstaad is expensive. The hotel also. If price is an issue, don't go. Most prices are not mentioned in Gstaad....

The room at Le Grand Bellevue was absolutely amazing! It felt so spacious and airy, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. The bedroom was stylish and sophisticated, and the living area was just perfect for lounging around.

Personally, I found the connecting feature with the Chic Room to be a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might still enjoy it!

The use of rich colors and luxurious fabrics throughout the hotel creates a warm and elegant ambiance. The general areas are spacious and easily accessible for senior people. The hotel's attention to detail in its design truly made me feel like I was staying in a grand and sophisticated country house.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially the younger employees.

I've stayed at many hotels around the world and this hotel had the best service I've ever seen. The staff at the Grand Hotel Bellevue is wonderful. I can't wait to stay there again.

Incredible personalized service. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the owner of the hotel and treated to Swiss hot chocolate and cookies. The lobby with its cozy seating areas and open fireplace created a relaxing atmosphere. The spa facilities were top-notch, especially the outdoor jacuzzi pool where I could enjoy the snow. The restaurant offered amazing food and the service was excellent. a truly memorable experience.

Drawbacks: The afternoon tea was overpriced and disappointing. There was also a minor issue with the initial room having a strong smoke smell, but the hotel quickly resolved it.

Lovely & luxurious hotel set in a beautiful garden full of lavender. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more professional . The piano bar man David was most entertaining and nice. The infinity pool with the view of the mountains and spa with all the different steam baths were wonderful and relaxing as were the treatments they offer. Was an excellent stay.

As young people, we loved the variety of amenities at the hotel, including the spa, fitness center, and outdoor activities. The workshops and activities offered were engaging and fun.

had an incredible time in gstaad! stayed at an amazing property with flawless service, modern design, and the softest bedding. the staff was friendly and the meals at the restaurants were phenomenal. loved the spa and central location. would definitely stay again!
